All Lindy Jazz Workshops
Price: The price per person is based upon the category of workshop booked and is inclusive of the dance class as indicated on the booking form and our website www.lindy-jazz.co.uk
Cancellation: In the event that participants are prevented from attending any Lindy Jazz workshop, the following is our policy for cancellation. If they inform us that you will not be able to attend the workshop 10 days before the workshop, then we will send you a cheque refunding your workshop/party fee, minus a £5 deposit (Advanced Masterclass 19 January) or £10 deposit (DJam). Nine days before the workshop, all payment of the Lindy Jazz Workshop is non-refundable. If we cancel the event your payment will be refunded.
Transfers: Transference of a booking/place from one person to another without the express permission of Lindy Jazz is strictly prohibited as it is a legal requirement to have everyone’s name who is at the venue.Transference of a booking from one Lindy Jazz event to another is not permissible.
Gender balancing: Lindy Jazz will always attempt to maintain a reasonable balance between ladies and men at our Advanced Masterclasses, and will continue to do so by controlling the balance at any time we deem appropriate and will publish the current status from time to time on our website and/or in email newsletters sent out to dancers. We also reserve the right to use gender specific identification at our events which will be implemented upon arrival and check-in at the venue. If it is discovered that a false booking has been made then that person [or persons] is liable to be refused entry to the event and no refund will be given.
Disclaimer: Lindy Hop is an aerobic activity and dancers participate at their own risk, fully understanding that injury or loss is their own responsibility and that Lindy Jazz cannot be held responsible in any circumstance.
Filming and Photography: Anyone attending this event agrees that they can be filmed or appear in a photograph which may be used for Lindy Jazz’s promotional purposes.
Amendment & Alteration: At any time Lindy Jazz’s decision on any matter which may arise is final and participants and guests accept and understand that by making this booking they are bound at all times by all Lindy Jazz’s terms and conditions and, further, understand that Lindy Jazz reserves the right to amend or alter any information they have or may publish from time to time in connection with this event and such is incorporated within said terms and conditions.
