Leave the A1(M) at junction 62 (Durham City), then at roundabout take the 1st exit into Durham A690.  At the Gilesgate roundabout, take the second exit into Durham A690, then at the next roundaout, take the first exit into New Elvet, keeping right. At the traffic lights, go straight ahead & turn immediately left into Hotel car park (small but free if you let the hotel reception know you're dancing!) Follow signs to the Elvet Suite.

From Durham Station:
Walk downhill, keeping left. You’ll soon see some steps on your left. Go down the steps follow signs to  the Prince Bishops car park and head towards New Elvet. Pass the Half Moon pub and Prontaprint on your right. The Three Tuns Hotel is directly opposite.

Urban Cafe is situated within Dance City in Waterloo Square, just off St James’ Boulevard in the heart of Newcastle. It's just a a few hundred yards from Central Station.
