Jubilee Fever has hit the nation! With the Diamond Jubilee fast approaching, we've been inundated with invitations to dance and opportunities to bring more people to dancing.

 'All That Jazz' Performance group will be performing at many of these events. Your help to create a swing dancing atmosphere would be fantastic!

Other swing dance groups have also been invited to join us and hand out flyers. Let us know if you're available by emailing info@lindy-jazz.co.uk. Anyone can turn up but if you let us know in advance, we would like to say 'thanks' by giving you a Lindy Jazz voucher, gaining you free entry to Lindy Jazz Club! Knowing in advance allows us to plan better. It's going to be so much fun!

What to Wear

Wearing the same colours would help to create a great look. However, please do just come along to dance and don't worry about costumes.

Most of us will be following the general colour schemes are red, white, royal blues to keep to the Jubilee theme. Costume ideas for guys: blue or black trousers, white shirt, red/white/blue tie. Hats and braces would complete the look. Costume ideas for girls: red and white polka dots (many of us have this and many of these events are part of the 1950s theme). Hair flowers.

Shoes

Check the details above to maks sure that you have the right shoes. Many of the events are outdoors. Do not ruin your dance shoes when dancing on concrete!
