Thursday 12 July: Dennis Rollins & Badbone (Durham Students’ Union) Come & dance with us at the DSU after Lindy Jazz Class at the Shakespeare Hall

Wednesday 18 July: Last Lindy Hop class in the Arts Centre Washington for this series

Thursday 19 July: Last Lindy Hop class in the Shakespeare Hall for this series

Friday 20 July: Celebrate the end of your Lindy Hop course by dancing to the Anna Reay Band at Arts Centre Washington 7.30 p.m. £5. Cabaret performance  ‘In the Mood’ by the Lindy Jazz Team (Andy, Joo-Lee, Glenn & Claire)

Saturday 21 July: Celebrate the 1940s with the Tees Valley Jazzmen, the Fenner Sisters & dance with the Lindy Jazz Team (Andy, Joo-Lee, Glenn & Claire) at the Newgate Centre, Bishop Auckland. Please come & give us your support! We will be promoting Lindy Jazz events at this spectacular event. Please come & dance with us, cheer us on or help us hand out leaflets

Sunday 12 August: Lindy Jazz Summer Party at Che Vita’s with live jazz from Munira and fabulous dancing with the Jiving Lindy Hoppers

Thursday 6 September: Lindy Jazz classes reopen at the Shakespeare Hall

Saturday 8 September: Lindy Jazz showcase at the Washington Arts Centre Open Day

Wednesday 12 September: Lindy Jazz classes reopen at the Washington Arts Centre 7.30 p.m. Foundation Course (5 weeks of Lindy Hop basics £25)  8.30 p.m. Improvers’ Class (drop in class)
